SOBA NFT Plat Privacy Policy

SOBA Project, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") pays strict attention to the handling of personal information based on the following policy regarding the protection of personal information in the operation and provision of SOBA NFT Plat (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). However, if specific provisions that differ from this Privacy Policy are stipulated in the regulations of each service, the regulations of each service shall take precedence. Unless there is a particular conflict, this Privacy Policy and other regulations shall, in principle, apply cumulatively. Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal Information" as used herein refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and is information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions contained in such information, as well as data pertaining to facial features, fingerprints, voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual solely from the information itself, such as the insurer number on a health insurance card (personally identifiable information).

Article 2 (Collection of Personal Information)

The Company may ask users of the Service (hereinafter simply referred to as "Users") for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card number when they register for use. The Company may also collect transaction records and payment information, including Users' personal information, that are made between Users and business partners, etc., from the Company's business partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distributors; hereinafter referred to as "Business Partners").
Furthermore, please do not respond to any emails or other communications from those claiming to be the Company that ask for bank account numbers or driver's license numbers. The Company will never ask for such information through such means.

Article 3 (Use of Acquired Information)

The Company acquires the minimum necessary personal information (email address, name, telephone number, etc.) by providing the Service to Users. This acquired information is used for user authentication on the Service, password reissuance, payment for NFT purchases, responding to inquiries, and providing announcements related to the Service. It will not be used for any other purposes.

Article 4 (Scope of Application of Personal Information Protection)

Personal information about Users that the Company comes to know in the course of Users using the Service will be managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, personal information left as a result of using external websites accessible through links, etc., from the Service, or as a result of communication between Users using the Service, shall be outside the scope of application of this Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The Company may change this Privacy Policy without prior notice when the Company deems it necessary. In the event of any changes, the Company will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Service's website, and the new Privacy Policy will become effective from the time of posting.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Information)

The Company will protect personal information and will never disclose it except in the following cases:
・When disclosing or using personal information with the User's consent.
・When there is a formal inquiry based on law from public institutions such as courts or the police.

Article 7 (About Cookies)

In the Service, for the convenience of Users, the Company may save and refer to the Company's cookies on the User's computer. The Company does not collect or aggregate any information contained in cookies, and cookies do not have any adverse effects on the computer.

Article 8 (Management of User IDs and Passwords)

The Company is not involved in any way in the management of User IDs and passwords. Users shall be solely responsible for the use and management of their IDs and passwords and should exercise sufficient caution regarding errors in use or unauthorized use by third parties.
